Select Help|Check for New Versions in your software's menu to have it automatically open a web page that tells you whether you have the latest version or not. You can also see the release notes for AceText, DeployMaster, EditPad Pro, EditPad Lite, HelpScribble, PowerGREP, RegexBuddy, and RegexMagic to see which version is the latest.
If you have purchased EditPad, RegexBuddy, RegexMagic, or PowerGREP, the EditPad user forum, RegexBuddy user forum, RegexMagic user forum, and PowerGREP user forum are the best venue for technical support. If you have purchased a license to a Just Great Software product, you are entitled to free technical support via email. If you have not yet bought a license but are still evaluating the software, you can receive technical support for problems that prevent you from properly evaluating the software.
